Request the link

1. 1Open the ElShift sign-in page and enter your email address.
2. 2Select Forgot password.
3. 3Open the reset email and follow its link.
4. 4Enter and confirm your new password, then return to ElShift.

If the email does not arrive

• Check spam and filtered folders.
• Confirm that you entered the email used for your ElShift account.
• Request a new link; use the most recently issued link.
