Reset your password
Request a secure password-reset link from the sign-in page.
Request the link
- Open the ElShift sign-in page and enter your email address.
- Select Forgot password.
- Open the reset email and follow its link.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then return to ElShift.
If the email does not arrive
- Check spam and filtered folders.
- Confirm that you entered the email used for your ElShift account.
- Request a new link; use the most recently issued link.
