Export payroll hours from actual timesheets

Export actual worked hours for payroll without including future scheduled planning data.

1. What exports include

Actual employee hours for the selected past/current dates.
Approved manager-hours entries when manager-hour tracking is enabled.
Relevant employee, date, workspace and location context where available.

2. What exports exclude

Future schedule cards and future planned hours.
Draft schedule forecasts that have not become actual worked time.
Attendance history changes that are not reflected in approved/corrected timesheet output.
