If ElShift reports No shifts with staffing demand, the selected range has no dated or recurring shifts that require employees. Add required headcount or location/template minimums, then try again.

Check eligibility

• Confirm active employees exist in the selected organization or department.
• Review leave, weekly limits, work patterns, rest rules and transition rules.
• Confirm templates generate occurrences inside the selected dates.
• Review the coverage preview and diagnostics for the dominant rejection reason.
