A feature or settings page is not visible

Three checks control availability

• Role: billing and member management require Organization Admin access; working rules are editable by Organization Admins.
• Plan: locations, members, employee exports and departments require the relevant plan.
• Organization configuration: some plan features must also be enabled for the organization.

What to do

Confirm the active organization and department, then ask an Organization Admin to review Billing and membership. If the plan includes the feature but it remains unavailable, contact support@elshift.com with the organization name and feature.
