Plans, billing and account
Resolve pending, past-due, paused or canceled billing
Understand when features remain available or become read-only.
1. Status behavior
- Pending: paid actions remain locked while ElShift waits for a verified Paddle subscription event.
- Past due: plan access remains available temporarily; update the payment method in the portal.
- Paused: paid actions become read-only until billing resumes.
- Canceled: data is preserved; choose a plan to restore paid actions.
2. Restore service
Open Billing as an Organization Admin, use the Paddle portal when available, and complete the required payment or reactivation.
If the status does not update after Paddle confirms the change, use Contact support in ElShift Settings or submit the Contact form in the ElShift Support centre. Include the organization and the billing status you still see.
3. Manual and legacy subscriptions use their own validity period
A manually managed or legacy subscription is not a Paddle trial. Its access period is based on the manual subscription validity dates shown by ElShift, and expiry handling follows that manual validity rather than a separate organization trial clock.
