Manage your profile, language or account-closure request

1. Profile and language

Open Settings, then Workspace to review your name, email, active organization, department and role assignments. These identity details are read-only in the application. Use the language selector to choose English or Ukrainian.

2. Request account closure

Eligible Organization Admins can select Request account closure in Settings → Workspace, add an optional reason and confirm.

ElShift sends the request directly to Support from the signed-in account with the organization and registered account-email context. No separate email is required.
