Understand employee ceilings plus Locations, Members, Departments, exports and organization branding.
1. Current employee limits
- Starter: up to 40 active employees.
- Professional: up to 69 active employees.
- Business: up to 100 active employees.
- Enterprise: uncapped in the standard capability model, subject to the organization's commercial configuration.
2. Key manager capabilities by plan
- Starter: core scheduling, Auto-Assign, employee configuration, timesheets and overall schedule exports.
- Professional: Starter capabilities plus Locations, Member management, advanced employee/schedule exports and custom organization branding.
- Business: Professional capabilities plus Departments and department-management workflows.
- Enterprise: the shipped capability set with enterprise commercial configuration.
The subscription is the access ceiling. Organization feature switches can narrow enabled functionality but cannot grant a capability above the selected plan.
3. Configure organization branding
When custom branding is included and active, Organization Admins can open Settings → Workspace → Organization branding and upload one private PNG or JPEG logo up to 2 MB.
The same stored logo can be enabled independently for supported PDF exports and for the signed-in organization homepage. Turning one placement off does not remove the logo or disable the other placement.
If branding becomes unavailable because of the plan or billing state, existing logo data is preserved but cannot be changed until the capability is active again.
