Accept an invitation

1. 1Use the same email address that the organization administrator invited.
2. 2Create an ElShift account if you do not already have one, or sign in if you do.
3. 3The invitation is applied during sign-up. Existing users may receive access immediately when the administrator grants the role.

Why No organization access appears

• No active organization role has been assigned to your account.
• The organization is deactivated or cancelled.
• The organization trial has expired.
• Your membership has been disabled or revoked.

Restore access

Ask an organization administrator to confirm your email and role. If the organization itself is inaccessible, the organization administrator should check Billing or contact support@elshift.com.
