Navigate the schedule calendar

1. Calendar controls

• Today returns the calendar to the current date.
• Previous and Next move by one week or one month, depending on the current view.
• Week is the working view for assignments and shift changes.
• Month provides an overview; select a day to open its week.

2. Recurring and individual shifts

The calendar combines saved individual shifts with recurring occurrences generated from shift templates. A recurring occurrence can be edited, which updates the template defaults used by its occurrences.

3. Enter dates as DD/MM/YYYY

Admin date fields display and accept dates as DD/MM/YYYY. You can type the date directly or use the available calendar picker; ElShift converts the value to its canonical date representation after a valid date is entered.
